As we provide professional cleaning services rather than physical products, returns are not applicable. However, we are committed to resolving any service-related issues promptly and fairly.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us before the scheduled service time. Cancellation requests made after our team has been dispatched may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Service could not be provided due to our inability to fulfill the booking.
- Eligible cancellation requests approved by our management.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and may offer a revisit or appropriate resolution where applicable.
