Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us before the scheduled service time. Cancellation requests made after our team has been dispatched may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.
  • Service could not be provided due to our inability to fulfill the booking.
